Time Management and Organization
Time ManagementAfter you have set your goal and broken it into chunks, your next job is to decide how you will accomplish each chunk.
An old wives' tale states that our work always expands to the time we have to complete it. If you have all day to clean the house, you will spend all day cleaning the house, but if you get a call from your friend that she's on her way and will arrive in ten minutes, somehow you clean your house (the same house) in ten minutes. It's just what we do. Therefore, since you know the chunks of work you must accomplish, and you know the amount of time you have available to complete those chunks, create schedule that will allow you to finish all of the work prior to the deadline. |

Figure out where you will store your materials and where you will take your notes. Plan your time schedule to finish your work on time and stick to it. Plan your activities ahead and follow your plan. Remain focused and efficient so that you get the most done in the least amount of time.
